Word on the street is that John McPhee, airline litigator to the stars, is leaving Tew Cardenas to form a new firm with his lovely and talented wife, Lynn Waterman.

You never pass on a chance to plug Mark Raymond -- you must be a true admirer. How's the plaintiff's security litigation working out for him? Word on the street is B&C's Miami office is running out of gas... He's now taken to scrounging for scraps in the real estate market fall out.
