How about that -- Judge Lenard finally removed the hold out juror from the Liberty 6 re-re-trial, thereby handing the defense a huge appellate issue in the event of a conviction.

But why focus on the negative -- it's Cinco de Mayo, folks, so after a scintillating day of almost excruciatingly numb drudgery, I'm getting ready to cut out for some early windsurfing and then over to the Gleason to see those silly men who love big bottoms, Spinal Tap.
Look for me at the downstairs bar to the left -- I'll be the one enjoying the margarita, except it will look exactly like a dry Gin Gibson.
