Free Speech Rights?

More on Tom Julin -- now he's busy representing BigPharma and lobbyists.

I don't have a comment on this, other than that is possibly the worst photo I have ever seen of Tom Julin.

Is that Tom or the Kingpin from Spiderman?

There, now I have exercised my free speech rights.

I'm just glad that (finally) someone is speaking out for big pharma. They bring such joy to our lives, and where would television be without their incessant commercials. I'm just waiting for that ultimate blow to my high school mixed tape collection. I know the day is coming soon ~ the day when Foreigner's song 'Urgent' will be turned into a Detrol commercial. Ah, the joys of aging.

Speaking of aging, one of South Florida's primer legal bloggers forgot to call me on my birth day. I'm not naming names mind you.

Spiderman, Spiderman,
Does whatever a spider can
Spins a web, any size,
Catches thieves just like flies
Look Out!
Here comes the Spiderman.

Is he strong?
Listen bud,
He's got radioactive blood.
Can he swing from a thread
Take a look overhead
Hey, there
There goes the Spiderman.

In the chill of night
At the scene of a crime
Like a streak of light
He arrives just in time.

Spiderman, Spiderman
Friendly neighborhood Spiderman
Wealth and fame
He's ingnored
Action is his reward.

To him, life is a great big bang up
Whenever there's a hang up
You'll find the Spider man.

My spidey sense tells me shumie time @ 4

Photoshop tip o' the day:

You can make anyone look like an ogre by cropping really tight.

Works best on old people!

Poor, Tom, I think he's a victim of bad cropping!
