  18. Isn't Nurik in conflict of interest in trying to serve as Rothstein's attorney? He works/worked for the same firm, RRA, in which all the attorneys will be sued in the immediate future, and Nurik is one of them. He can't be a defendant and lawyer to Rothstein at same time. Plus, he likely knew of Scott's crimes and is guilty, as well. He'll likely be a co-defendant. Would an attorney comment on this question?
