Judge Brown Gall

This order has too many quotable parts so I'm putting up the whole danged thing.

  1. They need to immediately file a motion to reconsider.

  2. 12:35 - that's insane. That would get the Plaintiffs sanctioned. The proper motion is: Motion For Clarification As To The Term "Gall"

  3. Me thinks he appeared a little too angry...perhaps eliminating the !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! would have helped a bit.

  4. Did anyone notice that the plaintiff's attorney who file the motion was long time federal part-time Magistrate Hugh Morgan?

The Motion itself was not that bad, nor was the Order. What really gets me is: 1) shouldn't Judge Morgan know better; and 2) you would think that Judge Brown would cut his old colleague some slack.
