after further review calling a shumie time was revealed to be two plus days before the holiday - tuesday, wednesday and a half day Thursday- Friday is a recognized day off. However, even through it's only a 2 1/2 days, that is still too soon for shumie time. There is no shumie time, the ruling on the blog is reversed and 5:37 will not be charged a time out.
