You just know Jose Pagliery wanted to drop a big fat Malmsteen shred clip to go along with his story, so let's go ahead and oblige the man:
Swedish heavy metal guitarist Yngwie Malmsteen is suing a Miami Beach construction company, claiming he was duped into hiring an unlicensed contractor who refuses to finish remodeling his Miami Shores home. The heavily-haired, excessively-techniqued one is represented by Neal Sklar.
The construction company plans to filed a countersuit and insists meddling by Malmsteen's wife caused supply delays that prevented it from finishing the job.
The lawsuit filed March 30 in Miami-Dade Circuit Court by Yngwie and April Malmsteen claims Michael Capponi and his Miami Beach company, Capponi Construction, made off with $109,245 and left unfinished work.
Suggestion for Neal: have him pay you by performing at your kids' bar-mitzvah....in Japan!
(I understand Yngwie is huge there.)
