Soviet Visual Art Collective's Glorious New Work!

I'm pretty sure in addition to winning the Iowa straw poll Bachmann also managed to personally dig 102 tons of coal -- impressive!

I really do kind of miss their stuff (purely from a style perspective).

I might be the only one here who gets the reference to Social Realism. Funny.

I knew if I held on to that WW II poster art long enough it'd make a comeback.

Actually, the style - color palette, brush strokes, light and shadow, etc. - owe more to Norman Rockwell than Soviet propaganda. But the effect is no less odd.

If you think Bachmann is from a Rockwell painting you need your head examined.
