Spencer Aronfeld and the Perils of Bounce Houses!

Just what kind of parent are you?

Do you want your kid's birthday party to end in unmitigated tragedy?

Take a look:

First of all, this seems like extreme niche marketing -- would someone whose child was injured in a bounce house accident easily find this video on YouTube?

Maybe Spence is Google-optimized!

Secondly, based on concerns properly raised by Spence, I've taken steps to ensure my child's next birthday party is safe and accident-free:

1.  I've removed all plastic cutlery, cups, plates and other choking hazards such as food or cake;
2.  Balloons have been replaced with inflated safety gloves;
3.  To prevent risk to others, no children or parents are permitted to attend; and
4.  I've locked my child in a windowless, empty room for the duration of the party.

Happy Birthday Timmy!!!!

Marvin Miller, RIP. The most influential union leader in the past 60 years. And it wasn't always easy. He was the antithesis of a labor honcho. He pushed hard for open and free labor markets unfettered by government and business combines. I read his autobiography and the Curt Flood biography. Not always the most popular guy in the room, even amongst the players. Interesting to see how many current players bother to show up at his funeral. Every lawyer should be familiar with this man's career.

Thank you STL.

Say what you will about his politics, but Keith Olbermann knows baseball.

He wrote a loving obit here:

Spencer has never actually tried a case, and this blog jumped the shark a long time ago.

Please make the Aronfield content stop!

The phrase "jump the shark" jumped the shark a long time ago.

In other words, statistically zero.

Spencer Aronfeld is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. I believe that means he must have tried some cases.

Is there another lawyer in Miami as interesting as this guy?

I had to bounce on the opportunity to comment on this post.
Not to deflate all the other comments but Spencer has a true gift at niche marketing jumping far ahead of his colleagues in this field.
A successful and altruistic attorney is someone who can hop on all opportunities presented and spring into action to prevent these types of injuries from happening in the future. You can’t blame the guy for blowing up social media to inflate his exposure….
