The once and future Judge Porn Star

Greetings denizens! The substitute is in so party hardy!

Here's a little story that peaked my interest over the weekend, and I do mean peaked. It's the story of a struggling, broke college student trying to deal with the high cost of tuition, books, and housing expenses by earning a little honest money on the side. What the heck is wrong with that? Nothing if you ask me.

But this youthful indiscretion is raising eyebrows, not so much for the "act" but for who this young man grew up to be.
The Alabama Bureau of Investigations (ABI) is looking into images that appeared on then-popular gay porn site Badpuppy.com in the '90s. Reportedly working on a few tips, the ABI is concerned that the full-frontal images feature federal circuit Judge Bill Pryor. If the ABI confirms that the images are in fact those of the conservative Bush-appointee, there is a chance Pryor could be indicted for falsifying his background during his Congressional confirmation hearings. According to LegalSchnauzer, Congress commonly asks federal judicial appointees about "potentially embarrassing or compromising information in their backgrounds." Sources indicate that Pryor was aware the pics were public on the gay site (which was dubbed the "Wal Mart of gay porn") in 1997, a few years ahead of his appointment.

Funny thing, aficionado of the male form that I am I remember seeing these pics when they first came out. They were featured quite prominently in Bad Puppy's promotions. Judge Pryor is denying that these are actual pictures of him and while they seem to be the same guy I wasn't there so I couldn't tell you for sure.

But what I find striking about this story is that the scandal over the Judge's morality is centered around his possible youthful modeling career and not the bigoted, hateful positions and actions that he's taken as an adult "member"of the judiciary. I couldn't care less who he showed his body to. What I care about is that he would deny people like me equal protection under the law.

That's immoral.

Everybody deserves to be treated equally; gays, lesbians, bisexuals, the transgendered and judges who exposed their private parts for fast cash! For not understanding that simple fact, Judge Pryor you are one bad, bad puppy.

Anyway, looks like we needn't worry to wonder about what's under that robe. And should he be booted from the bench over this issue he'll always have his other career to fall back on. Hot daddies are in.

Are you sure that's not a young Marco Rubby-oh ?

There is no way Rubio is that well hung.

This blog rocks.

Godwhacker and Guestblogger have stepped up their games (although we come here for The Dude. The Original. The One and Only.)

I won an amateur strip contest at the Copa. But I only went down to my tighty-whities. Apparently that was far enough!

This blog has become very gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

All those examples you give of Pryor's bigoted opinions are really compelling.

You know what's immoral? Accusing someone of being a hateful and bigoted judge with zero evidence.

Anonymous said...

yea really; he may be conservative and often wrong but how is that hateful and bigoted per se? Seems like you are taking a premature whack at him, GW. pardon the pun I think. Plus, I do not see the resemblance. Maybe it is not him??

Maybe he didn't lie. Maybe at the time he wasn't embarrassed by it.
And since he knew about it, maybe it wasn't something that was potentially compromising.

Badpuppy? Legal Schnauzer? This site has really gone to the dogs. Sorry, couldn't resist. Thought one of you would have beat me to it.

@2:18 & 2:20

Hey, maybe you didn't read the link from People for the American Way?

"Pryor would deny gay men and lesbians the equal protection of the laws. He believes that it is constitutional to imprison gay men and lesbians for expressing their sexuality in the privacy of their own homes and has voluntarily filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court urging the Court to uphold a Texas law that criminalizes such private consensual activity. "

Is that bigoted enough for you? It is for me.

Conservative? Bigot? What's the dif?

"Pryor has urged Congress to consider repealing or amending Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, as well as pushed for other modifications of this critical civil rights law. Pryor’s efforts to undermine the Voting Rights Act have prompted more than a dozen leaders of the civil rights movement, including Rev. Fred Shuttlesworth and Martin Luther King III, to oppose his confirmation. "

Pryor is also a staunch opponent of a woman’s right to choose. He has called Roe v. Wade “the worst abomination of constitutional law in our history” and has supported efforts to erect unconstitutional barriers to the exercise of reproductive freedom.

Pryor has also tried to undermine the separation of church and state, urging the courts to uphold a judge’s official sponsorship of sectarian prayers before juries as well as religious displays of the Ten Commandments. Most recently, Pryor has supported the efforts of Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore to display a nearly three-ton granite monument of the Ten Commandments in the rotunda of the state Judicial Building, a display ruled unconstitutional by a federal district court. More than forty Alabama clergy and other religious leaders, including Christian clergy, have opposed Moore’s monument as a violation of the separation of church and state.

Pryon's own words prove his hateful and bigoted beliefs.

Is that the "long arm of the law" hiding under the black bar?

Godwhacker said...

You don't get to deny rights based on sex and sexual ordination and pretend that you're not a bigot.

That is the very definition of the word.

If it's not Pryor then it's someone else. But the truth is in there somewhere, right in the signed waiver that covers any modeling gig.

Are these artistic nudes or does the judge "pound the gavel"?

Gives off a Stu Sutcliffe sort of vibe.

Godwhacker, whoever you are, you are an idiot. The guy has been on the bench for years and the best you can do to impugn him is an ancient press release from left-wing activists issued before Pryor was even a judge. Lazy and dishonest.

Anonymous said...

Right. Because now he is an honorable man. Not spewing ignorance and hate.

Dumbass.

@11:54

Here's the thing about equality ~ either you are or you aren't.

Purple Penis Pryor says "no" and that makes him a bigot.

Maybe you don't like that fact. Maybe it #$%'s with your world view. But funny that you'd call me an idiot while you can't even grasp basic word definitions.

Try a dictionary.

Stick with me conservatives and I will show you glory (hole).

Plainly photoshopped.

Look closely at the head.

Godwhacker said...

These are the original photos from the promotions released by badpuppy.com back in the 1990s. If they were photoshopped, they were photoshopped back then. The plot thickens and requires time travel or clairvoyance. Perhaps both.

Anonymous said...

It could easily have been a prank back then. Photoshopping, here a crude one at that, was common in the 1990s.

First, even if the photos were from the 1990s (who says so?) I doubt badpuppy had any concern that anyone would be suing them for a "random" photo submitted since they can claim they did not know it was a fake.

The smearers are grasping for straws. How do you know the "promotions" were released "back in the 1990s"?

It just goes to show how desperate some people to so quickly use character assassination, which is so easy to do on the internet.

Someone can photoshop you too.

@10:48
How do I know the promotions were released back in the 90s? Easy, I saw them. Yes my memory is that good but they were in hundreds of magazines for quite a long time.

But you're missing the point. His porn past, if he has one, isn't the issue of this post. It's irrelevant to his backwards longings for Lawrence v. Texas to have gone the other way.

This man wants to criminalize private sexual behavior between consenting adults. That leaves him horribly out of step with our times and IMHO unfit to sit in judgement over anyone.

That is my issue with him, not his nudity.

Anonymous said...

"His porn past, if he has one"??? very disingenuous. Damn with faint ___.

I am not missing the point. Pick the topic, you pick the result. Here a smear.

As for consenting adults, I guess you must believe the Craig's List horror stories are really just "consenting adults," including horror stories of underage prostitution and white slavery.

See, picking the topic is easy.

So it's confirmed you hysterical namecallers cannot point to a single opinion from Pryor backing up any of this. Not one.

Godwhacker said...

Right, I'm calling names.

A is A. A homophobe is a homophobe.

This little world you live in where you can both deny the basic equality of individuals and not consider yourself a bigot doesn't exist in reality, but only in your pathetic little minds.

What I will confirm is that you have a boy crush on this turd of a judge.
