Poor Gov. Scott -- the Victim of "Bad Legal Advice"!

Mr. Accountability is the poor victim again:
Gov. Rick Scott, a Tallahassee attorney says, was a “novice politician” who received “bad advice” that led him to ignore the state’s public records law.

State officials paid $700,000 Friday to Steven Andrews to settle seven lawsuits that contended that Scott,
Attorney General Pam Bondi and other officials, flouted Florida’s public records law.

It’s believed to be one of the larger payments ever approved in an open government case in Florida.
Wait, isn't Pam Bondi also a lawyer capable of giving legal advice?

Who should we blame for the continuing debacle of Florida's absurd (losing) defense of its citrus canker program?
