3d DCA Watch -- All About the "Citation Opinions"!

If the Prez can delegitimize every federal judge he impulsively feels like striking out at, I suppose I can strike out at so-called "Citation Opinions."
Affirmed.  Federal Nat’l Mortg. Ass’n v. McFadyen, 194 So. 3d 418 (Fla. 3d
DCA 2016); Ortiz v. PNC Bank, Nat’l Ass’n, 188 So. 3d 923 (Fla. 4th DCA
2016); Clay Cty. Land Trust No. 08-04-25-0078-014-27, Orange Park Trust Servs.,
LLC v. JP Morgan Chase Bank, Nat’l Ass’n, 152 So. 3d 83 (Fla. 1st DCA 2014).
Can the above be considered in any way an "opinion," however modified?

  1. At least the panel seems to have a good command of how to properly abbreviate words in case names!

  2. Isn't a citation opinion better than a PCA, at least you get the sense somebody had a basis for the decisions.
